RN - Clinical Coordinator - Perinatal LOCATION Peterborough, NH JOB TYPE Perm OPENINGS 1 DESCRIPTION The Perinatal Safety Nurse/Clinical Leader will assist with and oversee the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive interdisciplinary Perinatal Quality and OB Education Program. They will also ensure that patient safety is considered the number one priority above cost, productivity and convenience in all decisions that affect patients. Lastly, the Perinatal Safety Nurse-Clinical Leader will maintain knowledge of national standards and guidelines for Obstetric care as well as the principles and practice of safety science. Any candidate that has applied directly is not eligible to be onboarded through an agency. 10+ Years of OB/L&D experience - Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Required Fetal Monitoring or Inpatient Obstetrics experience to be able to provide education to the L&D staff including the OB Physicians and Pediatricians for Skills days - Required NRP Certification - Required AWHONN Certification - Required STABLE Certification - Required BSN (or better) - Preferred Current NH RN licensure - Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AWHONN NRP STABLE STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS New Hampshire Compact Allowed ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS NH License must be active at time of submission! HOURS PER DAY 12 SHIFT NOTES Day Shift - Variable (36 hours/week) WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS TBD

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire (NH)
    • STABLE in New Hampshire (NH)
    • AWHONN in New Hampshire (NH)
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) in New Hampshire (NH)
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in New Hampshire (NH)
  • Fetal Monitoring or Inpatient Obstetrics experience (7+ years)
