Rehabilitation - Physical Therapist LOCATION Bad Axe, MI JOB TYPE Temp OPENINGS 1 START DATE 11/13/2023 DESCRIPTION Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness or are coping with a chronic condition. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 1 Year of Inpatient PT experience - Required Ortho Experience - Highly Preferred Travel Experience - Highly Preferred Graduate of an accredited PTA institution - Required MI PT License - Required Health system-wide profile standards References NOT required. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred. Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review. Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Active at time of submission Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs HOURS PER DAY 8 DURATION DESCRIPTION 13 Weeks SHIFT NOTES FT, 80 hours per pay 8 or 9am – 5:30pm On call, weekends, holidays 40 hour guarantee WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS Every Other Weekend for call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid Physical Thereapist
