NP or PA - Primary Care LOCATION Springfield, PA JOB TYPE Locum to Perm OPENINGS 3 DESCRIPTION Mercy Medical Center is looking for a full-time LOCUM TO PERM Primary Care PA or NP to work in their Springfield and Eastwick locations · Primary Care- Outpatient Coverage locations: Springfield & Eastwick in Urgent need, potentially Eastwick and Providence locations as well ·Dates Needed: Full time, ASAP; will do Emergency privileges' ·Reason for coverage: Vacancies Shift schedule: ·Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm ·Nights/weekend call rotation 1:4; beeper call only ·Average number of patients per day: 12-16 Adult population only ·EMR: EPIC SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS ·NCCPA/AANP- REQUIRED ·PA License- REQUIRED ·Covid Vaccinated- REQUIRED; note at time of name clear ·Local Candidates- REQUIRED- will only reimburse for mileage ·Full time- HIGHLY preferred but will accept someone with a minimum of 3 shifts per week (Monday-Friday)

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) in Pennsylvania (PA)
  • American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Are you fully vaccinated against COVID19?
• Do you live within 40 miles of this location?

• 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
