Overview
Join our client's well-established private practice in Albany, NY as a full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologist. You will be responsible for providing anesthesia for cardiac and vascular cases in a high-volume inpatient heart center, working with adult and geriatric patients. Compensation range: $450,000 and $600,000 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above. Possible relocation assistance Possible starting bonus Key Responsibilities ● Provide anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures ● Cover cardiac and vascular cases ● No supervision of CRNAs ● Participate in call rotation ● Work in a team of 6 Cardiac Anesthesiologists Schedule and Shift Details ● Variable shifts of 8, 10, 12 hours; In-house call with post-call day off; Covering cases at St. Peter's Hospital and Samaritan Hospital campuses; 1:5 and 1:8 call rotation
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Valid Board Certified

- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
