Phlebotomist

Overview

Phlebotomist At least 1 year experience required with Phlebotomy certificate. We treat ages 2+. Must be proficient with straight needle. Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 830a-5p Thurs 10a-7p Location: Countryside, IL Required skills and experience: • Active • 1+ years of phlebotomy experience (must be proficient with straight needle) • PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months • Vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn Interview process: • Quick interview process • One with Relode, One with hiring manager

Qualifications

• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description?
• Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over the job details?
• High School/GED
• Valid Certified Phlebotomist Technologist/Technician (CPT) in Illinois (IL)

• Are you vaccinated against COVID-19?
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • phlebotomy
  • customer service
  • straight needle
