Overview
Required skills and experience: • Act as the main liaison between clients and our organization, for filling jobs. • Communicate effectively and proactively with clients to gather job details, requirements, and preferences for candidate selection. • Collaborate with principal recruiters and the cloud recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. • Review and assess candidate applications submitted through the Relode platform, identifying top matches for client interviews and selection. • Review and assess candidate submissions through the Relode platform, identifying top matches for client interviews and selection. • Facilitate client interviews, coordinate candidate feedback, and manage the offer negotiation and acceptance process when appropriate. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job postings, candidate interactions, and client communications within the Relode platform. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Continuously monitor and optimize the job posting process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. What you need to know: • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision makers. • Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or related role is advantageous. • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
