Overview

RN URGENT RN needed for an onsite employee health center which provides acute episodic and preventative care. All adult patients. Experience with outpatient care, Cholestech, CLIA waived testing, phlebotomy, immunizations/injections preferred. Applicant must have current CPR certification and be able to pass Client’s background check. High level of customer service expected. Schedule: The Center is open 7:30-4 M-F. No call, no weekends or holidays Location: 500 Salem Street Smithfield, RI Required skills and experience: - At least one year of experience as an RN - Active RI RN License - Experience with outpatient care, CLIA waived testing, phlebotomy, immunizations/injections preferred. Qualifications

Required
  • Are you vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months? Must have a copy of the results, if you have not had the test, or do not have a copy of the results, please select NO.
  • Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn? Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES.
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Are you able to work all of the shift hours/dates listed in the job description?
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Rhode Island (RI)
  • Have you already spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over job details?
  • Have you worked as a RN within the last 6 months?
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • outpatient care
    • phlebotomy
    • immunizations/injections
    • CLIA testing
