Our client is seeking a Full-time Urology Physician to join their team in Findlay, OH. The ideal candidate will be a Doctorate in Urology, Board Certified or Board Eligible, and have experience in urological procedures and surgeries. Accepting residents, new grads, and experienced physicians Salary range: $500,000 to $600,000/year RVU bonus Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Loan assistance Key Responsibilities ● Provide urological care to patients ● Perform urological procedures and surgeries ● Collaborate with medical staff and leadership ● Maintain patient records and documentation Schedule and Shift Details ● Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients/day. 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume. Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center. No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours. Office procedures including cystos, vasectomy, biopsies, stent removal, injections, etc.
