LPN - Long Term Care Facility McLaren Northern Michigan Boulder Park Terrace Rehabilitation & Nursing Home in Charlevoix LOCATION Charlevoix, MI JOB TYPE Temp OPENINGS 2 START DATE 1/1/2024 DESCRIPTION Under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader. Performs duties assisting staff nurses in the treatment and care of patient in accordance with the established methods and procedures of the hospital. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. Recognizes and demonstrates understanding of patient and family centered care. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 1+ Years of Experience - Required BLS Must be AHA - Required If they already have their MI LTC Fingerprinting that is a selling point. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Active at time of Submission Dress Code: Matching Scrubs HOURS PER DAY 12 DURATION DESCRIPTION 13 Weeks SHIFT NOTES 6:30AM-7:00pm (12 hour days) 36 hour gurantee WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS Every other

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • LPN
  • Long-Term Care
• High School/GED
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan (MI)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Michigan (MI)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) in Michigan (MI)
