Overview
Our client is seeking a part-time Clinical Counselor to provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals and/or couples. The ideal candidate will have experience with diverse patient populations and be able to evaluate and treat problems within their scope of practice. This role offers a flexible schedule and requires a minimum of 2 days a week, with the potential for up to 40 hours for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities ● Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals and/or couples ● Evaluate and treat problems within scope of practice ● Coordinate and plan programs to meet clients' social and emotional needs ● Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases ● Establish and maintain a relationship of mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients ● Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services provided to the client ● Identify appropriate resources and assessment instruments as needed ● Document findings in client records according to established protocol ● Keep case load as required and ensure case documentation is up-to-date and reflective of services Schedule and Shift Details ● Flexible schedule, 2 days a week minimum, up to 40 hours for the right candidate. Center hours are Mon-Thurs 7A-6P, Fri 6am-5pm. Prefer availability until 6pm on Mon-Thurs, 5pm on Fri.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Behavioral Health (1+ years)

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
