RN-Med Surge LOCATION Glens Falls Hospital REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of current Med Surg - Required MUST be willing to float to other Med Surg units as needed Cerner experience - Required Peritoneal Dialysis training - Preferred Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Unit CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS New York HOURS PER DAY 12 DURATION DESCRIPTION 13 weeks SHIFT NOTES 7-7p- 36 hrs scheduled, 24hrs guaranteed WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
