Overview
As an LVN/LPN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care, managing medication administration, and complying with healthcare standards. This role requires a commitment to a 6-month contract and a rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities ● Provide care for patients ● Manage medication administration and treatments ● Provide medication education and complete documentation ● Perform computer data entry – Receive full training ● Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies Schedule and Shift Details 2 positions 6a-2p rotating shift w/weekends 2 positions 2p-10p rotating shift w/weekends 2 positions 10p-6a rotating shift w/weekends
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

2+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
- Long Term Acute Care (LTAC/LTACH)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
