Works under the supervision of the unit Supervisor/Manager/Director. A registered professional nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. She/he is responsible for direction and guidance of patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing and the policies and operating instructions of Memorial Healthcare. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product of service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. As a customer-focused Memorial Healthcare team member, he/she must be accessible, flexible, knowledgeable, and responsive. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 2+ Years of ICU Experience - Required WILL FLOAT TO MED SURG AS NEEDED - Required BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required Covid Vaccine - Required CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Michigan ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS Active at time of submission! ABOUT THE FACILITY Over 4,500 surgical procedures are performed at Memorial Healthcare each year. Many of these surgical procedures can be performed efficiently and safely on a same-day basis utilizing techniques such as advanced minimally invasive and laser surgery. Qualifications

• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan (MI)
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (2+ years)
