Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment to deliver outstanding care to patients in Tecumseh and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Tecumseh and surrounding areas ● Meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule ● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details ● 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling options, on-call as needed Travel ● Occasional local and regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Healthcare (1+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Physical Therapist in Michigan (MI)
  • Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
  • 1+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
    • Home Health
    • Home Health Care
    • Epic Home Health
  • Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months?
  • Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter about this position?
