  • Data Entry

  • Medical Coding
• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Overview

Our client is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide patient care duties under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager. The role involves managing medication administration, treatments, and medication education, as well as complying with facility procedures and standards. The position offers a 40-hour workweek with alternating shifts and mentorship opportunities. Key Responsibilities ● Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. ● Perform computer data entry – Receive full training ● Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives. Schedule and Shift Details ● Alternating shifts, evening and night shifts, every other weekend off, 40-hours/week, OT available, 2-3 weeks of on unit mentorship
