Overview

Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves collaborating to provide management and delivery of patient care plans in Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas. The role requires an associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing, RN license in the state of work, and at least two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. The successful candidate will have the ability to spend approximately 20% of their day driving to/from patient locations and demonstrate proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software. Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details ● 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling options, occasional on-call Travel ● Local travel, approximately 20% of the time

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Hospice (2+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
  • Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)?
  • Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
  • Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the last 6 months?
