LPN - Primary Care and Acute Episodic Care

Overview

Our client is seeking an LPN with clinic experience to provide primary care and acute episodic care for patients 3 years old and above. The role requires proficiency in phlebotomy, injections, and CLIA tests, along with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work quickly and accurately. The position offers a full-time schedule with potential Saturday morning coverage. Key Responsibilities ● Provide primary care and acute episodic care for 3 y.o and up ● Perform lab work ● Support Provider on-site Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time schedule with potential Saturday morning coverage. Mon-Wed 7am-3:30pm, Thurs 6:30am-11:30am, Fri 8:30am-1pm

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
