Manager Care Delivery Operations

Overview

Our client is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead projects and implement key facets of the care model. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults, and prior experience in value-based care clinical settings. Our client offers a robust compensation package for this role that includes cash compensation and other total rewards. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work and industry experience, certifications, and location of the role. Key Responsibilities ● Lead projects to design and implement key facets of the care model ● Evaluate and implement clinical operations vendors ● Bring a flexible, 'roll up the sleeves' attitude to help build whatever is most needed ● Proactively identify key problems/risks and recommend solutions ● Communicate effectively to internal audience Prior experience working in operations or strategy in a value-based care clinical setting Prior experience managing relationships with clinical vendors (e.g., pharmacy, laboratory, home health, home care, specialty networks) Schedule and Shift Details ● Hybrid on-site/remote, with ability to travel up to 3 days/week based on business need Travel ● Occasional travel required Benefits: 401k with Employer match Your choice of 6 medical plans, with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependents Dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability coverages PTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays per year Generous CME/CEU budget and time off, and professional development opportunities One-time stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles) Family friendly policies, including paid new parent leave!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• related experience in a similar role and education concentration (5+ years)
• Have you applied or worked for myPlace Health in the last 12 months?
• Do you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy Planning in a Value-Based Care environment?
• Do you have a minimum of 3 years prior vendor management experience?
• Have you spoken with your relode recruiter by phone or video regarding this role?

• Do you have any experience working for a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model?
