Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Director for a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Mishawaka, IN. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree, experience working with the elderly population, and strong leadership skills. Salary range: $231,000 - $280,000 depending upon experience Key Responsibilities ● Provide general medical direction and supervision of participant care ● Responsible for clinical outcomes and oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program ● Develop and maintain medical policies and procedures ● Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues and providers ● Conduct history and physicals on participants ● Educate participants and families regarding health maintenance ● Supervise health care and treatment program ● Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time, Monday to Friday, occasional travel within the region Travel ● Occasional travel within the region
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Geriatric Care
- Senior Care
- Geriatric/LTC

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Board Certified - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Medical Doctor (MD) in Indiana (IN)

ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
