Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner in Spanish Fork, UT. The role requires a credentialed provider with a current Utah state dispensing license. The schedule involves 1/2 days on Mon and Thurs (12-5:30pm) and Tues and Wed (7am-5:30pm), totaling 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities ● Needing a credentialed provider with current Utah state dispensing license for coverage for a Provider that is dealing with some health issues. Schedule and Shift Details ● 1/2 days on Mon and Thurs (12-5:30pm) and Tues and Wed (7am-5:30pm)

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Family Nurse Practitioner (1+ years)
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Dispensing License in Utah (UT)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Utah (UT)
