CT Technologist (RRT)

Overview

Our client is seeking a full-time CT Technologist (RRT) to perform specialized technical duties in computed tomography. The role involves producing high-quality radiographic images, operating CT equipment, and providing patient care. The position offers competitive wages, benefits, and a patient-centered work environment. ***NOW OFFERING A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*** Salary: $20.67/hour - $27.91/hour (dependent upon experience) Interview Process: Phone screen first, possible second phone screen with manager, In-person interview. Key Responsibilities ● Produce high quality radiographic images through appropriate positioning and technical factors ● Operate CT scanner, power injector, and post processing equipment ● Perform general radiography exams as needed ● Maintain a repeat rate at or below the national standard ● Communicate delays to patients and explain procedures ● Encourage and assist in research at the technologist level ● Select appropriate equipment and set up based on procedure protocol ● Independently assist the radiologist during invasive procedures ● Position the patient based on anatomy, provide accurate measurements, and follow age-specific guidelines ● Acquire complete and appropriate patient history and convey all pertinent information to radiologist Schedule and Shift Details ● 80 Hours Per Pay Period (Afternoons: Starting at 03:30PM), Every Other Weekend

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
  • Radiology
  • Computed tomography
• Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
