Overview
As our client's Chief Medical Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical programs and ensuring high-quality care for our community. You will lead strategic initiatives and foster positive relationships with physicians and medical staff, while actively engaging in community activities. *Salary negotiable depending on experience and training (to be discuss during interview) Bonus eligibility - 20% of Base Salary Possible relocation assistance Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Key Responsibilities ● Serves as a member of the Executive Steering Council (ESC) ● Ensures that reporting departments work collaboratively across the health system ● Builds a physician-driven strategy that promotes engagement and positive relationships with physicians and medical staff ● Actively engaged in community activities, participating on local boards and in charitable organizations involved in community improvement and community health Schedule and Shift Details ● Work schedule and shift expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Days shift Travel ● Occasional local and regional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Valid Board Certified
- Experience actively practicing medicine in a clinical setting (10+ years)
- Physician leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility (5+ years)
