Join our client's team at St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse, NY as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This full-time position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment. Compensation and Benefits: $260,000.00 annually for 0-2 years experience; $275,000.00 annually for 2+ years experience $100,000 sign-on bonus 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours Shift differential for evenings and nights Cardiac CRNA stipend available Retention stipend for the first 2 years Key Responsibilities ● Provide anesthesia services in hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center ● Supervise and function independently in various surgical specialties ● Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for patient care Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time position with possible schedules including 8s, 10s, and 12s. No call is required for CRNAs. Evening, night, and weekend coverage provided by in-house CRNA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Board Certified

- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
