Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist II The Highlights: -State-of-the-art, full-service medical center in the heart of the city, recognized for high patient satisfaction -Recipient of HealthInsight Quality Award for Excellence in patient care -Joint Commission Accredited Institution and Certified Primary Stroke Center Necessary Qualifications: -Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education leading to a Bachelor of Science or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy. -Current Nevada license to practice pharmacy required -Minimum one year of hospital or institutional experience desired -Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification is required Schedule: Day and evening shifts Job Description: The Clinical Pharmacist II will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care for his/her assigned areas of responsibility during the day or evening shifts. He/she will assure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and accrediting organizations. He/she will also coordinate, direct and evaluate the activities of the technical personnel on their shift. He/she will be responsible for maintenance of certain quality assurance activities and proper documentation during the shift.
