RN - Clinic Supervisor

Overview

Our client is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to lead all clinic operations within the Primary Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults, experience in a PACE model, and managing clinic operations. This role requires active RN license in CA and BLS certification. Key Responsibilities ● Lead all Clinic Operations within the Primary Clinic ● Implement and maintain clinical policies and procedures ● Hire and retain clinic staff, coaching and mentoring staff ● Partner with the Center Manager and Medical Director ● Collaborate with the Quality Coordinator to support audits and compliance ● Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the clinic ● Order and maintain clinic supplies and equipment ● Vendor Management and maintain relationships with external vendor representatives ● Develop and iterate upon processes for the clinic ● Conduct initial and ongoing training for clinic staff ● Assist in clinical duties and support clinic staff as needed ● Participate in on-call admin rotation after hours Schedule and Shift Details - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in California (CA)
• Geriatric Care (2+ years)
• Do you have proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance?
• Have you applied or worked for myPlace Health in the last 12 months?
• Have you spoken to a Relode Recuiter on the phone regarding this role?
• 3+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Clinic Operations/Management
• RN (5+ years)
