Overview
As a Physical Therapist at our client, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating individuals with medical problems or health-related conditions to improve their ability to move and perform daily activities. You will work as part of a rehabilitation team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities ● Diagnose and treat individuals of all ages with medical problems or health-related conditions that limit their abilities to move and perform functional activities ● Develop treatment plans to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability ● Coordinate, supervise, and delegate to supportive staff including Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab aide ● Communicate the organization’s vision within rehab team and interactions with patients Schedule and Shift Details ● FT, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours - Outpatient position, occasional assistance for inpatient as needed/able
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) in New Hampshire (NH)
