Clinical Pharmacist I

Overview

As our client's Clinical Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of pharmaceutical care services to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for inpatient and outpatient settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care providers to deliver optimal medication therapy aligned with patient care needs and regulatory standards. Hourly Pay Rate $50.00 - $72.00 ***$10,000 Sign-On*** Key Responsibilities ● Responsible and accountable for the provision of a broad range of inpatient and outpatient pharmaceutical care services to ensure safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. ● Provide support of centralized and decentralized services and deliver optimal medication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states. ● Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary care providers to monitor, assess and provide clinical interventions to ensure medication use is aligned with patient care needs, evidence-based practices, established policies and protocols, and regulatory standards. Schedule and Shift Details ● Varied Shift 8-80 // 80-hours per two-week pay period

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Valid Pharmacist in Oregon (OR)
