Our client, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility in Hamlin, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to lead their therapy program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $45.00 Salary Rate: $72,800 - $93,600 (based on a 40-hour workweek) Key Responsibilities ● Lead in-house therapy program ● Create and implement programs to address orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions ● Ensure best possible care for patients and residents Schedule and Shift Details ● To be determined by our client
