LVN - Clinic Supervisor

Overview

As a LVN - Clinic Supervisor, you will lead clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient and compliant program delivery at our client's PACE Center. Your role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a passion for serving high-risk seniors, experience in PACE models, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities ● Lead all Clinic Operations within the Primary Clinic ● Hire and retain clinic staff, conduct performance management ● Partner with Center Manager and Medical Director to enhance program efficiency ● Collaborate with Quality Coordinator to support audits and compliance ● Monitor Key Performance Indicators and develop operational improvements ● Order and maintain clinic supplies and equipment ● Vendor Management and maintain relationships with external vendors ● Develop and iterate upon processes for the clinic ● Conduct initial and ongoing training for clinic staff ● Assist in clinical duties and support clinic staff as needed ● Participate in on-call admin rotation after hours Schedule and Shift Details ● M-F, 8a-5p. This role requires working onsite at the PACE Center five days a week in Downtown LA. Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in ALL of the following:
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Clinical Operations/Management Experience
• 4+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Geriatric Care
  • Senior Care
• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California (CA)
