Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing services and ensure quality care for residents. The role involves supervising nursing staff, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of medical practices, and excellent communication abilities. ***Potential Relocation Assistance discussed during interview.*** New Grads welcome to apply Key Responsibilities ● Supervises nursing services to direct nursing care ● Administers medication and treatments as ordered ● Completes monthly summaries and updates care plans ● Assists physicians with rounds and treatments ● Maintains accurate documentation and reports changes in resident condition Schedule and Shift Details ● Evenings/Nights 6PM - 6AM // Two days on // Two days off // Three days on // 84-hours biweekly pay period

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
