As a Physical Therapist at our client at Home, you will play a vital role in delivering industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise to patients in the West Michigan service area. Key Responsibilities ● Provide physical therapy services to patients in Niles and surrounding areas ● Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient care plans ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule effectively Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time position with flexible scheduling options. Travel ● Local travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR
• Valid Physical Therapist in Michigan (MI)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• Home Health (1+ years)
• At least 20% of your day will be spent driving to/from patient locations. Are you comfortable with this amount of road travel?
• Have you worked for or applied to Mary Free bed anytime in the last 6 months?

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital has a storied history. Its roots date back to 1891, when a small group of women wanted to help people who couldn’t afford health care. Seeking support from the Grand Rapids community, they passed around a little black purse asking anyone named Mary – and anyone who knew someone named Mary – to donate 10 cents. Mary was the most popular woman’s name at the time, so the group quickly raised enough money to fund a bed at a local hospital. It became known as the first “Mary free bed.”
