- Geriatric experience
- Are you bilingual in any of the following languages, in addition to English? Spanish, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese
- Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance?
- Have you applied or previously worked at myPlace Health in the last 12 months?

Our client is seeking an Outreach Specialist to engage with community partners and drive referrals for the PACE program in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, geriatric experience, and be bilingual. This individual educates the community partners, prospective participants, families, and or caregivers about the PACE program. The Outreach Specialist helps keep the frail elderly to live independently at home and continue to enjoy the quality of life.
