Join our client as a Senior Marketing Manager/Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies targeting high-risk seniors and frail older adults. This role involves managing social media accounts, analyzing campaign data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This leader will be responsible for developing and optimizing the overall marketing strategy, developing marketing and branding assets, and crafting a consistent message that instills trust in the target audience of frail and disabled older adults. Additionally, this individual will be instrumental in developing new multi-channel marketing campaigns and driving engagement with our key audiences. Some management experience required. Key Responsibilities ● Partner with key leaders across the organization to develop the marketing strategy, build the library of assets, and execute against plan. ● Manage social media accounts and message creation (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, others). ● Develop culturally appropriate messages and adapt marketing assets in ways that resonate with the diverse communities served. ● Partner with and oversee relationships with external partners and vendors to drive creative design, production, and syndication of brand message. ● Identify new marketing opportunities in the community, build relationships with key strategic partners (including health plan sponsors), and coordinate campaigns with those partners. ● Support the Growth & Outreach Team by listening to their marketing needs and also in promoting, coordinating, and managing community events. ● Partner with the Growth & Outreach Team to analyze critical sales data (e.g., conversation ratio, sales cycle, lead sources, sales activity, sales events, etc.) and derive actionable insights on how they can improve marketing strategies. ● Develop and manage marketing strategies and campaigns, such as outdoor marketing (e.g., billboards, bus stops, radio, TV, etc.) and digital marketing to reach prospective participants, family members, caregivers, providers, community partners, and job applicants. ● Analyze data for all marketing campaigns to determine efficacy, identify key trends, and inform future strategies. ● Support internal and external marketing activities such as corporate communications, company events, and ad hoc development of materials.
