Overview
As a Therapist III at our client's Residential Treatment, you will provide specialized mental health and substance abuse services to clients. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a diverse range of professionals to support clients in crisis and recovery. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role. Hourly Salary: $28.85 - $33.65 Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depends on licensure Key Responsibilities ● Ensure activities align with our client's mission, vision, and values ● Conduct diagnosis or needs assessment ● Provide direct client services ● Develop and monitor clients' ISP ● Hold a caseload ● Provide referrals and crisis intervention ● Supervise student interns ● Assist in strengthening communication skills of clients and families ● Collaborate with other professionals Schedule and Shift Details ● Days 8a- 5p or 9a - 6pm - Residential Treatment- Matt Talbot Location Languages ● Spanish
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Windows
- Excel

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
