Overview
As a Food and Nutrition Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure quality services for our client. You will lead teams, establish deliverables, and provide innovative culinary solutions to enhance patient care and experience. Salary Range: $31.31/hour - $51.14/hour (based on education and experience) Key Responsibilities ● Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. ● Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects. ● Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions. ● Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects. ● Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values. Schedule and Shift Details ● Days: 8am-4:30pm
Qualifications

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Oklahoma (OK)
- Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
- Associate degree or higher

ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Food handlers card and Serv Safe
- Dietary Manager or Culinary
- Valid Drivers License in Oklahoma (OK)
- Supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics (2+ years)
