The Clinical Director will be joining our team in Charlotte, NC, and will oversee the program while managing a small team of therapists. In addition to guiding patients through various therapeutic processes, you’ll also help to implement medical treatment for addiction issues that sometimes coincide with pre-existing conditions. As the Clinical Director, you'll also be part of a team that values focusing on family education, and implementing other modalities such as yoga, mindfulness practices, acupuncture, and more in a safe environment. A clinical license in the State of North Carolina and 5+ experience in the dual diagnosis and intensive outpatient treatment 2. A Master’s degree or higher in social work or related field and an LCAS license 3. Strong management experience and a polished professional presence 4.
