Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Director for a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Mishawaka, IN. The role involves providing medical direction, overseeing participant care, and ensuring clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree, relevant certifications, and experience working with the elderly population. Salary range: $231,000 - $280,000 depending upon experience Key Responsibilities ● Provide general medical direction and supervision of participant care ● Develop and maintain medical policies and procedures ● Supervise health care and treatment program ● Conduct physical examinations and order tests ● Educate participants and families regarding health maintenance Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time, Monday to Friday, occasional regional travel required Travel ● Occasional regional travel

Qualifications

Required
  • Doctorate degree
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Geriatric Care
    • Senior Care
    • Geriatric/LTC
  • Valid Board Certified
  • Valid Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
  • Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
