Job Title: Administrative Director of Women's Services The Highlights: - The first and only El Paso hospitals with the Nurse Friendly Designation by the Texas Nurse’s Association - The only full-service, acute care hospital in East El Paso with a Level II Trauma designation in Emergency Services - Baldrige National Quality Award Recipient Necessary Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent - Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state required. BCLS certification - 2-3 Years RN/clinical Management experience - Ability to work long hours and irregular hours with many interruptions Schedule: Full-time Job Description: To administer, analyze and appraise the care given to patients within the Maternal/Child Health area. To advise hospital management regarding the status of patient care, budgetary projections, quality improvement processes and human resource applications. To anticipate and estimate future needs of the unit needed to improve quality of patient care. To collaborate and coordinate the efforts of leaders within the organization to accomplish the mission of Nursing Administration, Maternal Child/Health as areas integrate with the overall mission.
