Overview
Join our client as a Clinic Director in Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy to provide oversight and guidance in a supportive environment dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children and teens with autism. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure quality standards and progress towards individualized goals. Key Responsibilities ● Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures ● Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients ● Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections ● Act as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer ● Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans ● Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff ● Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments Schedule and Shift Details ● Work Monday-Friday, no weekends required!
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Kentucky (KY)
- Professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) (3+ years)
- Clinical Leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs (1+ years)
