Corporate Manager of Net Revenue

Overview

Our client is seeking a Corporate Manager of Net Revenue to assist in coordinating the hospital’s reimbursement functions and strategic financial planning process. The role involves managing daily functions of the reimbursement staff and contributing to sound financial practices. Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000/year (dependent on education and years of experience) ***HYBRID/REMOTE OPTIONS AVAILABLE--HM preferring a LOCAL candidate to occasionally come in-office.*** Key Responsibilities ● Assist in preparing and analyzing third party cost reports and other required third-party reporting. ● Consolidate and analyze monthly contractual allowances for system office. ● Provide projections and analytical support for fiscal year budget preparation. ● Research and keep abreast of third party regulations and changes. ● Assist with third party, quarterly and year-end audits and settlement reconciliations. ● Provide reimbursement analysis support for new product line development. ● Assist in the maintenance of the reimbursement model software. ● Assist in the creation and preparation of monthly dashboard report for net revenue analysis. ● Analyze operation of the system; prepare recommendations and documentation to create and update fiscal services and other related policies and procedures. ● Manage department and budgets within specified parameters. ● Consistently contribute to sound financial practices. ● Supervise at least 1 direct report. Schedule and Shift Details ● 8 hours per day, 80 hours per pay period, salaried.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Healthcare Finance (5+ years)
