Job Title: On-Call Registered Nurse The Highlights: 1. The opportunity to provide hospice care in home 2. Patient focused approach (22-25 patient visits/week) Necessary Qualifications: - Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment. - A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends. Schedule: Full-time, On-call (5PM - 8AM / M-THR) Job Description: The On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for modeling the 3 Company values of Compassion, Integrity, and Excellence, and for promoting the Hospice philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the Program, between the Program and other Company departments, and between the Program and all external stakeholders.
