Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Hospice (2+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
  • Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)?
  • Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
  • Have you applied to or worked for AHNHealthcare@Home anytime in the last 6 months?
Preferred
  • Please provide your RN License number.

Key Responsibilities ● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Mt. Lebanon, PA and surrounding areas ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule effectively ● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details ● Schedule: 3 – 12 hour shifts rotating 10am – 10pm (scheduled 3 admissions a day). One week is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, the next week is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
