Overview

Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse - Float to provide care to patients within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. The ideal candidate must exhibit critical thinking, effective teaching skills, and be proficient in computer use. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate and a range of benefits. Key Responsibilities ● Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. ● Teaches patients and significant others. ● Documents patient care in the medical record. ● Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient. Schedule and Shift Details ● Varied Shift 8-80 // 80-hours per two-week pay period

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Physician Informatics
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
    • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Oregon (OR)
