Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for various positions at our client. You must possess strong interviewing skills, knowledge of organizational functions, and understanding of personnel policies and laws. This role requires effective communication and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities ● Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, professional and management positions throughout our client ● Possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques ● Good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions ● Basic understanding of our organizational structure ● Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices Schedule and Shift Details ● Day Shift // 80-hours per two-week pay period Travel ● 25% travel required, including overnight stays
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
- Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Valid Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)
- Healthcare Recruitment (2+ years)
