Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join their team at Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, Oregon. This role involves applying the nursing process to patient care within the RN scope of practice, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and providing effective teaching to patients and significant others. Key Responsibilities ● Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients ● Teaches patients and significant others ● Documents patient care in the medical record ● Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall care of the patient Schedule and Shift Details ● Day Shift or Night Shift // 12hr/36hrs/week // 80-hours per two-week pay period
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Physician Informatics

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Valid RN in Oregon (OR)
- Acute Care (1+ years)
