Overview
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans in Butler, PA and surrounding areas. The role requires on-call availability on weekends and local travel to patient locations. The successful candidate will have an associate degree, an RN license in the state of work, and at least one year of RN experience. Key Responsibilities ● Lead and collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Support patients in Butler, PA and surrounding areas ● Spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday on-call 5p-1p, Scheduled to see patients during the day Saturday/Sunday (8 units per day) Travel ● Local travel requirements
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Clinical Documentation
- Clinical Informatics
- Clinical Quality

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- Practice Partner EMR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)

ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
