Job Title: Director of Quality RN The Highlights: - Level III Trauma Certification by the Texas Department of State Health Services - Silver Performance Achievement Award for Stroke Care by the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association - Texas Health Care Quality Improvement Award by the Texas Medical Foundation-Silver Award Necessary Qualifications: - ADN or BSN required. - Licensed RN in State of Texas or compact state. - 1-2 years experience in Quality Management desirable Schedule: Full-time, No weekends Job Description: To assist the Assistant CNO in implementation of all aspects of the Quality Management Program including the identification of opportunities to improve patient care, and is responsible for the management, supervision and daily operation of the Quality Management Department.
