Overview

As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client, you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas, ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting. Key Responsibilities ● Provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Collaborate with the care team ● Support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas ● Meet critical deadlines for charting Schedule and Shift Details ● Work schedule and shift expectations will be provided.

Qualifications

Required
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Hospice (2+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR
    • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois (IL)
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
    • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
