Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
Overview
Our client is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join their team in northern Washington. The role involves providing outpatient care, traveling to various locations, and working with a daily patient census. The ideal candidate will have experience in Palliative Care and be board certified. Key Responsibilities ● Provide palliative care to patients ● Practice independently with some supervision ● Maintain daily census of 10-20 patients ● Utilize AthenaHealth EMR system Schedule and Shift Details ● Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8a-5p or 4x 10-hour shifts. No on-call duties. Travel ● Traveling to different homes, facilities, and clinics
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Hospice
- Palliative Care
- Valid Board Certified
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Washington (WA)
