Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable LPN to work in a Primary Care setting. This role involves providing nursing care, following protocols, and assisting in patient care. If you have the required LPN license and experience, apply now! Key Responsibilities ● Provide nursing care in a Primary Care setting ● Follow established protocols and procedures ● Assist in patient assessments and treatments Schedule and Shift Details ● Full-time, Monday to Friday with one late night shift and rotating Saturdays

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Long term care (LTC) Pharmacy
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Illinois (IL)
  • Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Illinois (IL)
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Illinois (IL)
